Welcome to MagPhos.com

We have created this site to promote the uses of Mag Phos Ceramic Cement in the 21st Century.

MagPhos ceramic cement products are derived from inorganic materials. These water-activated, ‘cold-fired’ dry admixtures form a strong hard matrix in minutes or up to an hour, relative to the requirements of the application. Within 72 hours from application ceramic cement can exceed the 28-day compression strength of portland cement. Ceramic cement can be poured, sprayed, foamed and slurried, bonds to metals as well as to itself thereby eliminating the problematic “cold joint” that weakens portland cement and concrete applications.

The raw resources needed to produce these unique cements are reasonably abundant throughout the world.  Ceramic Cement Corporation (C3)  has multiple formulations that can be incorporated into a myriad of industrial applications that will be used across many industries worldwide. Other factors that add to the significant advantages of ceramic cement as compared to portland cement include providing bio-compatible, biodegradable, non-combustible products, as well as being significantly more environmentally sound relative to the amount of C02 gases emitted during the calcining process and the additional off gassing that attributes to the Greenhouse effect via Greenhouse gases (GHG).

Unlike contemporary portland cement products, ceramic cement products are designed to be safe for humans, animals, and the environment. They are made from food-grade ingredients, which are derived from natural sources that are mined and/or extracted from amongst other abundant sources, seawater and integrally recycled waste stream materials.

Ceramic cement / concrete demonstrates better performance to portland cement in such aspects as strength at all age of hardening, permeability, resistance to chemical attack, freezing and thawing resistance and resistance to elevated temperatures.
